The aim of the paper is to spot important role basic sociologic and psychologic theories in special education deviant delinquent individuals or group individuals. Diachronically, delinquency was first interpreted by a demonological conception that evil spirits urged people commit acts. Later, Enlightenment, secular interpretations criminal behaviour appeared. This type addresses groups identified with same particularities tendencies towards behaviour, even going as far calibrate educational method at level an individual behaviour. In order accurately determine deviationist / who will be subjects such form we must take into account make complex analysis fit typology similar tendencies. Basically, following present theoretical practical tools sociologists psychologists have hand frame individuals, its degree approaches suitable used for socializing re-socializing appropriate this category people.
